It can foster spheroidal graphites and increase the number of spheroidal graphites so that their mechanical properties are improved. It is mainly used in manufacturing of ductile iron for metallurgy, aerospace, military, automobiles, internal combustion engines, machine tools, wind power and other fields.

◆ The nodulizing process of the highly effective nodulizers sees less slag produced, only accounting for 1/8 of the slag produced compared with the common nodulizing treating of ductile iron castings. What is more, the nodulizing cost is lower.
